How to enroll at PVHS:

1) Pick up the 2018-2019 registration packet at either of our campuses.

2) Gather your documents. To enroll, you will need copies of your: 
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Records
  • Proof of Residency
  • Withdrawal form from last school attended
*Federal law states that "homeless students registering for school are exempt from having all the listed documents at the time of enrollment". PVHS staff will assist students with obtaining the necessary documents after enrollment. 

3) Bring all documents to the Irvington Campus (175 W. Irvington) and complete an intake meeting. 
If under 18, parent or guardian must accompany students to turn in registration packet, and sign all forms. 

The yellow pages are for your records, please bring the white pages to turn in to the Registrar. 

4) Attend the next two-day Orientation! Next scheduled orientation: February 25th and 26th from 1:30-4:30 at the Irvington Campus.
